Following the abrupt government decision we must close the school for daily attendance from Wednesday 14/Oct. This will not impact Lions, Nursery, Reception and Y1 classes.
From Wednesday 14/Oct we are switching to distance learning from Y2 classes on. The learning will be organized strictly according to the current timetable for children which you can find later today on our Intranet website. We kindly ask parents to prepare a study place aquipped with a computer, head set and good Internet connection. Teacher will be broadcasting their lessons according to the timetable children currently follow.
All school children can use their Google Accounts now. When they sign in to Google they can also access the Google Classroom where they will be able to see the assignments. First, however, it is important to join the particular classes created by teachers. There will be also a video link to join the online lesson.
Since the government decision came rather unexpected as still on Monday we were reassured that primary school will remain opened we ask parents for some time to get everything up and running. During today we will share more detailed information about the distance learning and its organization.
We have managed to cancel the lunches for the students who are staying at home since Wednesday.
Thank you for your cooperation,
