- Could you please introduce yourself?
- My name is Natali. After finishing at ISO, I continued my studies at Slovanské gymnázium, where I completed a six-year program focused on French language studies and achieved mastery in French. I am currently studying Nuclear and Particle Physics at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT) in Prague.
- How has ISO influenced your career path and contributed to where you are today?
- ISO played a key role in shaping my career path by helping me discover my love for learning and made me curious about the world. It also helped me settle in Olomouc when I moved and gave me the chance to continue improving my English and develop my Czech which was my second language. Beyond schoolwork, ISO encouraged me to explore new interests, make friends, and gain confidence. The skills and curiosity I developed there continue to help me in my studies and in life.
- What is one key skill or value from ISO that helped you?
- One of my favorite memories from ISO is the Christmas plays. It was amazing to see the whole school come together to create something special. I often had the role of narrator, and one year I even got to be head of props. Preparing the show with original plays, songs, and dances was so exciting, and it taught me teamwork, creativity, and how much fun it is to share a performance with everyone. This memory will always stay with me.
- What advice would you give to our current students?
- My advice to current students is to remember that you are never alone. There are always teachers, friends, and classmates who are ready to help and support you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, try new things, or make mistakes.
