We cheered the gym up!

by Monika Hruskova

On Thursday, May 16, the ASC Exhibition was held at our school. ASC pupils, together with club teachers, prepared performances to present their afternoon activities in front of their parents, grandparents and friends. Pupils attending the piano lessons with Ms. Alžběta were the first to present their work, and a well-deserved applause was waiting for them. We also listened to three Chinese songs that are part of the lessons with our Chinese teacher, Lisa. An unusual and great show! There was also dance; the girls from the Dance Club performed several performances - we saw, for example, the Mirror Dance of our little ones, but there were of course more great performances. It can be seen that dancing with Ms. Freya is very popular. Towards the end, we experienced a singing performance by Y4 girls and their energy in the song Don't Stop Me Now cheered the whole gym up. After that, it was an option to look and enjoy the ASC and Art Club work - such a beautiful exhibition. Refreshments were prepared so nobody was hungry during the show. Thank you for participating and bringing some tasty food from home. The only thing that failed this year was the weather. On the other hand you got to see the children's shiny performances, which made us very happy. We are looking forward to next year and perhaps to sunny weather!

Why should your child attend iSchool?

They will gain perfect knowledge of English.

Your child will become a global citizen with wide understanding of local and international topics.

We put a strong emphasis on the development on subject specific skills rather than on acquisition of knowledge.

Emphasis on skills development (not just memorising).

Individual approach; school’s ability to motivate for improvement.

Your child will be excited to come to school.

School philosophy

You are not buying success, you are paying for the school to monitor your child’s progress to their goals and motivate them to fulfil their potential.

We are not a selective school: we believe that everybody can be successful.
