iSchool is a private British school operating in Olomouc

Our pupils' personal development is the key focus of our Student Council Election week and campaign week.

Our secondary candidates for Student council President and Vice President spent the first few weeks of September planning their campaigns, designing posters, meeting with other pupils, attending workshops and practising public speaking.

At the same time, our general council candidates from Y3 to Y11, planned their own campaigns, designed posters and gave speeches in their classrooms.

On Monday 26/9, we held the Upper Council elections for school President, during which the entire school gathered at the voting centre to cast a vote towards their favourite Presidential candidate and their chosen Vice President.

On Tuesday 27/9, each class held a smaller scale election to elect their general council representatives and their substitutes.

After a month of hard work, we are happy to announce that the ISO 2022/2023 Student Council is now complete and ready to dedicate time to their school community. See below a detailed list of our representatives and their roles:

President: Natalie, Year 11

Vice President: Kristelle, Year 9

Secretary: To be chosen by the President during the council’s first meeting.

Why should your child attend iSchool?

They will gain perfect knowledge of English.

Your child will become a global citizen with wide understanding of local and international topics.

We put a strong emphasis on the development on subject specific skills rather than on acquisition of knowledge.

Emphasis on skills development (not just memorising).

Individual approach; school’s ability to motivate for improvement.

Your child will be excited to come to school.

School philosophy

You are not buying success, you are paying for the school to monitor your child’s progress to their goals and motivate them to fulfil their potential.

We are not a selective school: we believe that everybody can be successful.
