From Monday 14th September we are opening a new morning club for children in Y1, Y2 and Y3. Contact miss Chloe if you would like your child to attend.
We are glad that you turn to us with suggestions on how to improve our services. If we can we always try to put your suggestion into practice.
Following requests from parents we have decided to open a new service - morning club. This club, we believe, will be beneficial mostly for parents who send the second child to our preschool earlier in the morning as our Preschool opens at 7.00am or for parents who must rush to get to work earlier.
Primarily the morning club is there for children in Y1, Y2 and Y3, however, if needed we can also accept older pupils.
Our morning club will start on Monday 14th September. You can send your child into the club at 7.10am. This club will be in the Y1 class, where the children will be collected by Miss Chloe who will take care of them. At 7.40 all children will be sent to their classes.
If you would like to take advantage of this new service, please, send us an e-mail one day before the day your child will attend the club or, at the very latest, in the morning on the same day your child will attend the club. If you would like your child to attend regularly, please, indicate this information in the email and then in case of absencees from the club inform the club teacher too.
In all cases your email with the name of your child MUST be sent to Miss Chloe (firstname.lastname@example.org) and CC-ed to the Head of School Miss Eva (email@example.com). By sending this email you will notify Chloe that she should expect your child to arrive and she will have an idea about the expected total number of children.
Please, kindly write MORNING CLUB into the subject of your email so that we can clearly identify your email.
The child should be passed to Chloe personally. Please, do not send children alone. In case Miss Chloe is not there kindly wait until she arrives. DO NOT leave your child in the classroom alone.
We are happy that we can offer this extra service to you and thus help some of you to resolve your daily struggles.
We appreciate that you entrusted your children into our care and look forward to cooperating with you.
Eva Pluskalová, Head of School
