From Monday 30/11 all learners in our primary and secondary school can return to daily attendance. This applies also to both full time and part time flexi students. More detailed information below.
After nearly a month and a half, the pupils are allowed to personally attend the school again from Monday 30 November. All grades from Y4 on, including students registered in both forms of our flexi program, can thus return to regular daily attendance.
Organization of teaching: in primary school teaching will take place in classes according to the standard timetable every day from 8.00 to 13.50 (primary) and lower secondary and in the Flexi program according to the time schedule, which is given by the timetable of lessons.
Google Classroom: will be mandatory only for long-term sick or absent students (quarantine). From Monday, when students return to classes, Google Classroom will no longer be a mandatory tool for teachers to organize full-time teaching. Teachers are only advised to continue working with this very effective tool.
Christmas performance: unfortunately we have to cancel the school's traditional Christmas performance in the theater this year. Students in school will celebrate Christmas in a class group. Children in preschool are preparing a Christmas concert, which we will film this year and provide all parents of children in our preschool with a recording.
Homework: to set homework we will again use the HW calendar on the school Intranet.
ASC & Clubs: with regard to the numbers and distribution of pupils enrolled in the ASC, we will resume the standard operation of the ASC from 1:50 pm to 4.30 pm from Monday 30 November. We will no longer renew the program of the Clubs in this term.
Lunches: We ask parents not to forget to check, ideally already on Thursday, that their children have registered lunches from Monday 30 November.
Health & Safety Measures:
We firmly believe that the situation will not deteriorate again and the day attendance will continue even after Christmas in the new year.
We thank all the parents who helped their children in this difficult situation and supported their involvement in compulsory distance education.
