Another successful marathon of reading
by Katerina Pegg
What an amazing 3 weeks of a reading marathon! This year’s Read-a-thon was yet another successful event, during which all the students across milepost got to read their favourite books. We read everywhere; we read everything: fiction, non-fiction, comics, you name it. Our students excelled in the number of pages they read, which showcases the positive attitude towards reading. To top this off, our Read-a-thon was happening alongside a charity, which our students chose themselves, through voting. This year’s charity was aimed towards the children’s department in the Prostejov main hospital. The money which was raised for this charity was over 10,000kc! On behalf of the whole staff at ISO, we would like to send a big thank you to all of our dedicated students and their parents for making this event very special.
